Renting a private villa, townhouse or apartment for your golf holiday on the Costa de la Luz affords you maximum privacy and flexibility, as well as lower prices.  All our Costa de la Luz villas, townhouses and apartments are hand picked by our dedicated agents on the Spanish Algarve and are all British owned, so provide all the facilities you would expect - with, of course, the kettle being number 1!

All Costa de la Luz property rentals from Golf de la Luz include
MEET & GREET on arrival and a WELCOME PACK which contains essentials such as tea, coffee, bread, milk, sugar, cereals, beer, wine, water etc
(except San Lucar Villas)

If self catering golf holidays are your preferred option Golf de la Luz offer an extensive range of Costa de la Luz properties that can accommodate groups of all sizes.  From 1 bedroom studios for those on a budget to fantastic townhouses and villas with large gardens and private pools for that truly luxurious private break we have a property to suit your requirements.

Our pricing for private property rentals is based on 3 seasons (except SanLucar Villas):

• Low Season: January - March and November - December
• Mid Season: April - June, mid-September - October, Easter & Christmas
• High Season: July - mid-Sept

We must insist on a  3 night minimum stay in any rented accommodation.

Our properties are graded as follows (please specify the location and which category of property you are interested in renting when making an enquiry):

Category A -

• On a development on a golf course
• Air conditioning
• TV /DVD player
• Fully equipped with washing machine, dishwasher, fridge freezer, microwave etc.
• Tastefully furnished

Category B -

• On or close to a golf course
• Without air conditioning but with ceiling or floor fans
• TV /DVD player
• Well-equipped kitchen (not necessarily with dishwasher)
• Tastefully furnished

Category C -

• Near to golf course
• No air conditioning
• TV /DVD player
• Well-equipped kitchen (not necessarily with dishwasher)
• Furnished to a good standard

Luxury golf course villas with private swimming pool to rent located in Sanlucar de Barrameda on the Costa de la Luz coast of Andalucia.  These four bedroom villas sleep up to eight people and have stunning views across the first hole of the Martin Miguel golf course and surrounding countryside. The properties are furnished to a very high standard and come complete with air conditioning / heating and garden with private pool. The golf course and villas are located in a quiet area on the outskirts of Sanlucar with a short drive to the amenities of the town centre.

With the beach only moments from your front door, and the towns of El Portil, Punta Umbria and Cartaya only a short drive away you will find plenty to do during your stay on the Spanish Algarve.

Property Rental Terms & Conditions

• The minimum stay at any privately rented property is 3 days/nights.  A £200 per booking security deposit to cover breakages and damage to the property will be required at the time of booking.  If you pay your invoice by credit card this will be available to us by the secure storing of your credit card details until the end of your stay.  If you pay by cheque or another method, a cheque for £200 must be lodged either with ourselves or our agent in Spain by the start of your rental period.  This will be destroyed or returned to you at the end of your rental providing no breakages or damage has occurred.
• All prices for private property rentals include cleaning, laundry & key holding services. 
• A "welcome pack" is also included free-of-charge containing essentials such as milk, bread, cereal, tea, coffee, sugar, jam, butter, beer & wine, cheese, bottled water.
• We unfortunately cannot guarantee that swimming pools as advertised will be available.  Local weather conditions and residents committee decisions will sometimes mean that these facilities are unavailable.  We apologise in advance if due to reasons beyond our control the swimming pool at your rented property is closed during your stay.
• Some property owners reserve the right to lock storage cupboards and occasionally utility rooms to provide them with a secure storage area for their own personal belongings.  All facilities of the property as advertised should still be available.
